PROJEKT: Penta ide stavať Rezidenciu Pri mýte

V uplynulých dňoch nadobudlo právoplatnosť územné rozhodnutie pre developerský projekt Obytný súbor Škultétyho. Projekt ale dostal nový názov – Rezidencia Pri mýte. Ide o v súčasnosti o najväčší rezidenčný projekt spoločnosti Penta Investments.

Projekt má priniesť bývanie rodinného typu s rôznymi bytmi a s dôrazom na zeleň.

Budúca lokalita obytného súboru je medzi Račianskou ulicou, Kominárskou a Škultétyho.

Výstavba sa má robiť v dvoch etapách, v tej prvej bude postavených 134 bytov. Stavebné práce sa majú začať v prvom kvartáli roku 2015 po udelení stavebného povolenia.

V rámci prvej etapy postaví developer štyri bytové domy so šiestimi až ôsmimi nadzemnými podlažiami. Súčasťou celého projektu budú, okrem plánovaných 335 bytov, aj priestory občianskej vybavenosti s rozlohou viac ako 1000 m2 a k dispozícii má byť 767 parkovacích miest.

Autorom architektonického konceptu je slovinská kancelária Arhitektura Krušec a krajinnú architektúru projektu a návrh sadových úprav navrhlo štúdio AKKA tiež zo Slovinska. Na projekte autorsky spolupracovalo aj slovenské štúdio Vallo Sadovsky Architects.

Súčasťou projektu bude promenáda, park, či polosúkromné zóny určené pre rezidentov. Okrem už spomínaného tienenia lodžií, ktoré umožní znížiť použitie klimatizácií. Chýbať nemajú moderné ekologické prvky v podobe solárnych panelov na ohrievanie vody a nabíjacie stanice na elektromobily.

Na základe viacerých diskusií sa Penta Investments rozhodla uvoľniť 230-tis. EUR a spolufinancovať niektoré aktivity mestskej časti zamerané na obnovu a rozvoj, podporu aktivít pre deti a mládež i seniorov, ktoré priebežne konzultuje s predstaviteľmi mestskej časti.
