Tradícia, charakter, osobitosť sú prejavmi bratislavského patriotizmu, ktorý predstavuje cestu objavovania historických hodnôt v spätosti s bohatou novodobou kultúrno – spoločenskou tradíciou. Predstavili sme Bratislave a bratislavčanom Cenu Júliusa Satinského – Bratislavská čučoriedka, ktorou už dvanástykrát na tohtoročnom Bratislavskom bále sme ocenili ľudskosť, profesionalitu a snahu urobiť pre toto mesto niečo užitočné i výnimočné a my, ktorí v nej žijeme, staneme sa tak bohatšími o nové poznanie.

Architekt Drobniak dokázal tento orchester úspešne zvládnuť. Je to výsledok jeho schopností vedieť presadiť správne riešenia, ale aj umenie nájsť kompromis, nebojácne improvizovať, ale zároveň vedieť ostať stáť nohami na pevnej zemi, s veľkou dávkou výtvarného talentu, ale aj rešpektu voči histórii. Zachovanie historického charakteru Reduty pri splnení súčasných požiadaviek na prevádzku, na osvetlenie, na akustiku, na služby návštevníkom je to, čo si v jeho práci zaslúži mimoriadny rešpekt a uznanie. Bratislava ziskala v "novej" Redute nielen šperk v obraze mesta, ale aj dôstojný reprezentačný priestor.
Architekt Gabriel Drobniak študoval na Fakulte architektúry STU /1984/v Bratislave, v postgraduálnom štúdiu sa venoval ochrane a obnove pamiatok, bol na študijnom pobyte vo francúzskom Dijone, od roku 1995 vedie vlastný architektonický ateliér. K jeho prvým dielam patrí napr. rekonštrukcia Nestorovho paláca pre veľvyslanectvo Spolkovej republiky Nemecko na Hviezdoslavovom námestí, rekonštrukcia neobarokového paláca na Štúrovej ul. a z novostavieb realizoval Polyfunkčný komplex Cubicon v Mlynskej doline.

V sedemdesiatych rokoch pôsobil ako expert v Children´s Book Trust v New Delhi. Viedol workshopy pre ilustrátorov na Srí Lanke. Je členom mnohých domácich a medzinárodných porôt, spomeňme IBA Lipsko, Andersonova cena, Bienále ilustrácií Bratislava. Vystavoval v zahraničí v Prahe, Paríži, Berlíne, Washingtone, Havane, New Delhi, Osake, Tokiu. Je zakladajúci člen Klubu grafikov v Bratislave.

Svojou charizmou, jemným humorom, svojskou iróniou, svojim pohľadom na svet okolo a svojim správaním sa voči nemu, napríklad aj charitatívnymi aktivitami.
Bratislava je pyšná a hrdá, že Miroslav Cipár patrí medzi jej obyvateľov, že tu stále tvorí s neutíchajúcim renesančným rozmachom a patrí medzi nás!
