Vo štvrtok a piatok 9. a 10. marca budú hosťami bratislavskej REDUTY dvaja výnimoční umelci - jeden z vedúcich dirigentov našich čias, Američan John Axelrod, ktorý je žiadaný orchestrami po celom svete a svetoznámy husľový virtuóz Ilya Gringolts, laureát najslávnejšej husľovej súťaže na svete - Premio Paganini, ktorú vyhral už ako 16-ročný.

Ilya Gringolts je jedným z najpozoruhodnejších umelcov dnešnej doby. Spolupracuje s najvýznamnejšími orchestrami a umelcami z celého sveta. V jeho interpretácii zaznie Koncert pre husle a orchester d mol, op. 47 fínskeho skladateľa Jeana Sibelia, ktorý uvedie na slávnych husliach z dielne A. Stradivariho. Na úvod koncertov sú na programe Štyri morské interlúdiá z opery Peter Grimes, op. 33a britského skladateľa Benjamina Brittena .
