GURMÁNSKA BRATISLAVA: Tekvicové dni sa začínajú vo štvrtok na Primaciálnom námestí

Prezentácia rôznych chutí a vôní jesenných jedál, kulinárskych špecialít z tekvice je cieľom ďalšej časti projektu celobratislavského Culinary Seasons. Tekvicové dni sa začnú vo štvrtok, skončia sa v sobotu 20. októbra.

Oficiálne ich spustí bratislavská samospráva v spolupráci s privátnym partnerom, spoločnosťou Sharkam VIP Cataring. Centrum Starého Mesta, Primaciálne námestie sa na tri dni zmení na priestor, kde si budú môcť Bratislavčania i návštevníci mesta vychutnávať špeciality jesennej kuchyne, budú sa môcť priučiť kulinárskym tajomstvám profesionálnych kuchárov. Oficiálne otvorenie Tekvicových dní v slovenskej metropole bude vo štvrtok o 11.00 hod. za účasti Michala Rabinu, svetovo uznávaného rakúskeho šéfkuchára známeho aj z obrazoviek slovenských televízií. „Live“ príprava jedál bude prebiehať každý deň od 10.00 do 22.00 hod. Zaujímavosťou októbrového kulinárskeho programu je súťaž pre najmenších Bratislavčanov vo vyrezávaní tekvíc, ktorá sa začne v sobotu popoludní o 16.00 hod.
